@missstary I was told that to that normal pressures can be anywhere from 15-20 ...mine were 30 way high nut im glad i dont need surgery but taking these pills SUCKS
Can someone tell me how does it feels at the beginning, my 6 year old was just diagnose with it , and he was having headaches every day (3 or 4 times) after Diamox he is feeling ok, but some days he is great jus a normal kid and other days he feels terrible(bad headaches and really tired) This is the way IH is?

Just got diagnosed with this today Im 18 Spent the last 4 months of hs out of it bcuz of extreme headaches and other symptoms My doctor says Im a weird case bcuz other than the headache I had no symptoms of this. I've already been taking Topiramax for the last 3 months, for headaches, but im starting the diamox now too. Im starting college in the fall and hope I will be able to live a normal life. My doctor still thinks something else is wrong too though bcuz of fatigue and stuff
I hope one day someone will be able to find a cure. My mom has Intracranial hypertension and it makes me really sad that no one helps her out. Lps can be tiring and it's pain just watching, :/
I also have ptc. I didnt even know that there were videos on this until now. I have felt in the dark alone for so long. I have a VP shunt and I almost lost my life because they let the pressure get too high. I would like to get more information maybe I can help too.
