This guy is wrong about berserkers. they shouldn't try to kill fleshpounds, cause fleshpounds kill berserkers easy.

@BloodyCondor high level berserker can outrun FPs and either body block or kite them more than long enough to keep them off the rest of the team. FPs aren't really that tough against high lvl berserker/medic, and can be stunned by lvl 5/6 berserker w/ katana. see v=sTh9-CGY53c

I've got a few questions:

1) To train your character for a certain perk, does it need to be "selected" for it to be activated? or will other perks be also activeduring gameplay to level up perks?

2) What weapons are compatible with other weapons? for example; to get an AK47 it wont allow me to also have a level action rifle unless I sell certain weapons. I get confused which guns I can buy together...

1) No, the requirements for leveling up a perk are still in effect even when that perk is not selected. For example, getting a headshot kill with a pistol will count toward sharpshooter, even if you're playing as support, and welding doors counts toward support even if playing as medic, healing counts toward medic even when playing as firebug, etc. Keep in mind though, that these requirements are *easier* to meet if they're applicable to your current perk, due to the bonus of the perk

2) You have a limited carry weight available to your character, and each weapon has its own weight. You can't carry a crossbow with a LAW because the combined weight of the two is higher than your total available. Look for the weight bar at the bottom of the screen when selecting weapons. If you can't buy a weapon, either you don't have enough money, or you're carrying too much weight. Support perk gives a bonus to maximum carry weight.
