Folks, I just checked the roll-call vote and Harry Mitchell indeed voted YES on this bill.

It is time to throw this guy out of office. Also remember that his son, Mark is a Councilman for the City of Tempe. We need to throw him out as well.

In light of the strong feelings around health care and the fights that have broken out, I suggested that Representative Mitchell hold two meetings on the subject - one pro and one con. It might save some police costs. He is not likely to listen. The health care survey on his web site was designed to produce positive numbers for socialized medicine. If he asks our opinion he should use an unbiased instrument to measure it. These tactics produce more cynicism regarding federal govt.

I contacted Harry Mitchell's office yesterday to see if he has scheduled any town-hall meetings. He has not and does not plan to.

His office did ask for my name so they could forward my concerns to his attention.

Health care is not a right guaranteed by the constitution. If you want producers to work for takers who produce nothing for this nation then use the amendment process and "create" the right to health care. I am so sick of deadbeats stealing from the producers. I thought most liberals believe in the "science" Darwinism. Let the stupid parasite losers starve and then the fittest will enjoy a much better and prosperous world.

So sandwichpork, in your opinion who are the "parasite deadbeats" who should be refused healthcare? People with physical or mental disabilities? People who care for disabled family members? Low-wage earners? Add Jewish people to that list and it could be 1942 Germany.

Access to healthcare is a human right, even if you're a "deadbeat" or Nazi.

There won't be private ins after gov takeover. Read page 16, it ges rid of private ins. So, you think it's okay to just let senior citizens take a pill for the pain instead of treatment, as Obama stated in his ABC infomercial? Maybe put them in a hospice? Those are Obama's words, not mine.

Obama said so in 2003 and 2007. So did Barney Frank 2 months ago.

I'm not defending insurance companies. But I sure as hell don't trust our government with something as important as healthcare when they really don't do something as simple as Cash for Clunkers right. When Obama says it might be better to live on pain pills than have surgery, he has no clue.
