You can use Blender models in other programs e.g. in Unity if you export them as fbx.

Animation data will be exported too.

@LichKing887 Well it also takes some instruction and a lot of practice , its one of those things which you learn by a lots of trial and error.There are some very nice books and lecture DVDs available and some organizations offer courses too , believe me programming is not a hard or difficult thing to do if you enjoy it ,as it does require some effort and patience .
