@Supersam1342 that is because maybe you haven't installed 'Optical Flares' .. its a third-party plugin and wont be able to appear in your because you haven't installed it.. you need to buy that online and install .. but if you want a 'Flare' like shown in the Video .. i have already provided that for free..:) soo you can use it without buying anything

@MrBrianMasterson soo sorry .. actually i made the who template in CS4 and there isn't a possibility that you can use CS3 for it.. it can work only in CS4 or CS5 also maybe.. if you really like this introduction.. i can make it just like you like it to be and give it to you if you like... for free actually..:)
