    2. A bit more violin

    3. A little more melody

    4. More energy on the stage

    Otherwise, great song!

  • This song is really beautiful, and I just love Jonsi in general. 12 points from Israel!

  • Really great song!

    12 point from POLAND!

  • 12 points !from Italy

  • amazing song!i vote for you!from Italy.

  • One of the main ideas and principes - for long long ago - was that every participating country would bring something of originality and traditional from their own country to the contest. Most of the countries try to offer something for everyone in hope of points from every corner of Europe. It has lead to Euro-trash-entertainment without any hint of originality and folklore. That's why I think, Iceland is making honour to its culture, sung in Icelandic, this song is MAGIC! You've got my vote <3

  • but this song is good melody!

  • why not change the language? IN fact they need to change the language in order to win

  • Bravo!!! ))

  • 12 fra Danmark.. Undskyld for de rådne kartofler!

  • 12 points from Germany^^

  • Well this song gave me the chills. But i came to think that solo performances are always better in ESC. So i don't think it'll get many points but the song is good.

    Good luck Iceland.

  • Has someone written to them to keep it in Icelandic? They should represent!

  • @DeBusuNyanNyan They are supposedly checking what version they'll like the most.

  • I get goosebumps every time i hear this language!

  • It's the BESTEST so far !!! ^^

  • At first I thought ı was in Lord of the Rings

  • Ég hlusta oft á Vatnið með Sálinni og þetta lag saman.

  • Have missed Jonsi. Welcome back to eurovision with another great song. Would still like to see "í svörtum fötum" participating for Iceland soon. Good luck from Norway.

  • 12 points from Ireland, amazing song so mystic, haunting

  • Please don't change the language! It's sounds wonderful!! In fact this is my winner at the moment, such an amazing song, even I don't understand what they are saying ! GRETINGS FROM SPAIN AND 12 POINTS FOR YOU, GOOD LUCK!

  • wow, beautiful language and beautiful song, and the bearded guy looks like an Amish. But the language,WOW. Greeting from Bosnia.

  • This might actually have a chance of winning the competition!

btw how big is the harpa?

  • I'm quite behind on Eurovision, but once I heard that Iceland picked a song, I just HAD to look it up! And good god, I literally almost forgot to breathe throughout the first half of the song! Iceland always has amazing songs, (I only got into Eurovision in 2009) and this one is no exception! I really hope that the song remains in Icelandic, English would just kill it. I would vote for this song if I could, but I can't... :( Oh well...

    Greetings from America! :D

  • μπραβο μπραβο τελειο κοματι...LIKE LIKE FROM GREECE?????????????????????? WINNERS OF EUROVISION 2012

  • This is going to win. Congratulations

  • uh.....icelandic sounds like a mix of dutch and swiss german to me :/

  • @TheSanlam It is a Germanic laguage :) Sounds like Norweigian to me though

  • Brilliant Song!!!

Mystical performance and song and so diffrent I love it!!!

iceland is a beautiful country the most interesting landscape on our planet and additional to that such nice people and great traditions. Hope you will get a lot of points for that. The best since Yohanna!!! In my opinion.

Good luck to you from your friends in Germany

  • 12 points from Greece too. Really good work! Best of luck!

  • Please, Please keep in icelandic!!

  • 12 points from Turkey. Good luck Iceland :)

  • they both really CAN sing, and song is original and good. I think it will be top 10 in Azerbaijan - for sure...

  • I think Iceland can win this year!! Amazing song = 12 points! <3

  • 12 DAMN POINTS FROM DAMN SERBIA.

  • great! love it!! 12 points from Lithuania! and agree with a comment that the guy is damn hot! oh, this Scandinavian charm! hahaha......

  • I have no words to describe this song!

I can't understand why the most people don't include it in top videos with a good place O.o

    ♥♥♥

  • why does all guys from iceland singing at the ESC have to look so damn gorgeous??? ahhhhh

  • This is absolutely gorgeous!

    I bet you'll get lot's of points. (:

12 points from Finland to Iceland <3

  • Looove it!! 12 points from Sweden!!

  • Oh. i like it so much. keep it in icelandic:) 12 points from Belarus)

  • if they don't change the language it will hapend like with estonia in the eurovision 2009

  • @pkinexpres happened what? Estonia ended @ a high position! I loved the fact they sang in Estonian! I still think that the song was great especially because it was performed in Estonian!!! Rändajad is among my most fave ESC songs!!! :)

  • @pkinexpres they got 6th place... and 6th place is not bad...

  • @pkinexpres and serbia won in 2007 with a serbian language song...

  • @scorpioninpink 2007 Serbia was the last victory where the singer sung in her native language. 2008 - Russia (english), 2009 - Norway (english), 2010 Germany (english), 2011 - Azerbaijan (english)

  • @cherry1311 yeah, and people were fedup of that... especially last year... I think it's the juries fault and not the viewers fault... and besides there were no good non-english song since 2008... with the exception of randajad which got 6th place in 2009...

  • Wonderful! Dark, mysterious, gloomy, depressing, Very fitting in these times of endless economic misery.

  • Between the song already announced, it's my favourite. Iceland deserves to win for the firts time this year ! And the icelandic language is so beautiful. I just hope the icelandic version will be at the eurovision.

    Greetings and 12pts from France

  • Iceland has very high chances with this song! I would like to see next year Eurovision in Reykjavik. This year the competition takes place in the extreme east of Europe, and in 2013 to take place in the extreme west of Europe in Iceland.

Good luck from Romania ! ^^

  • @SpiritOfNature777 thanks gretings from iceland

  • It's very special... but not bad, I think they will enter the final, but not the Top 10.

  • Firstly, I would like to congratulate ICELAND for this WONDERFUL song.

I am 100% sure, they will end up in the top 5.

I consider like other people's opinions that icelandic language sound absolutely amazing... (and "misterious"), just perfect to give strength to this kind of song.

Please DON´T SING an English Version!!! It would lose too much!

    12 points from Spain !

  • In my opinion this song is depressive and a bit boring. Not really a catchy tune as eurovision should be (like hera bjork or johanna did). It seems so old-fashioned!

I would have preferred something uplifting and crazy like

"saetir kossar/big kisses" from Asa rand&band!!!!

  • J'adore le langage Islandais, vraiment magnifique

  • I think that Icelandic language sounds more better, than in this song...

  • WOW, this is an amazing song!! Keep it in Icelandic, DON'T translate it into English!!!

I'll be rooting for Iceland this year!!

  • Very good!

    Greetings from Hungary.

  • REALLY NC SONG............BRAVO!

  • 12 Points from Bulgaria :))

  • Hahahah this song is soo baaad !!! Booring ...

  • wow amazing song. Iceland have good songs

  • 12points from Lithuania :)

  • Great,wonderful Icelandic language...greetings from Croatia!

  • am i the only one who was so excited hearing jonsi is taking part in ESC? :D apparently, it wasn't the one we thought of

  • @audunsdottir1 Yes,Im from Serbia :) I think it would be nice to be at the Eurovision singing in Icelandic ..Hahahhhah Yes,I used Google translate,I know he doesnt give the right results :) I wasnt sure that I can write in English. Thank you for the reported :) I like your song for Eurovision :) Greetings from Serbia :)

  • Very good song. It will be present in my personal Top 10.

    Good luck, Iceland.

    Greets from Germany.

  • I'm afraid the trick with the violin won't work out again like it did in 2009. Good luck though!

  • So far the best song in ESC2012 :)) Good luck, Iceland !!!

  • notice how the back up singers aren't covering for a weak lead vocalist... NIKKI????

  • It is a good song but not suitable for eurovision.

  • Euroband is coming??

  • totally nordic... this has a potential to win!!!

  • Iceland is always one of my favorites... I'm sure the same will be this year!!! :) Greetings from Serbia!!!

  • 12 points form me... great song, I will call for it 10 times! but i hope they will act in icelandic, not in english, it wouldn't work... greetings from bremen, germany

  • @KovaMovies yes, I also hope they stay in Icelandic. I don't want them to show up in Baku with an English translation. It won't carry the same passion.

  • @KovaMovies I don't think so. English language will take away the mystic aura of the song. But I Think it's one of the better songs this year, although i didn't hear a lot. GOOD JOB ICELAND!

  • please not in english please

  • <3 <3 oyy my favorite this year

  • 100000000000000000000000000 points my favorite better then germany greetings from germany:-)

  • wow!fav entry so far!12 points from greece

  • My absolute favorite this year. Very mystical and unusual, a bit Highlands and should do well with the UK votes. 12 points from Bulgaria!

  • please don't let the guy leave his hair long again. much better short!!!

  • They convey so much feeling that, despite its language, I feel like I understand the story, so don't change it! I wasn't loving the key change, though it's doesn't make a lot of difference, this is a still a real contender! Greetings from the UK (who seem to be keeping this year's entry under wraps D: )!

  • @AdamTadz i hope it's someone famous or someone who can actually give UK some place in top 5...

  • @scorpioninpink Well, they said they were getting a big name artist last year and they gave us Blue, so them keeping secrets means they either have an amazing entry or a disappointing one :/

  • @AdamTadz puhlease... UK are going to give us Gerri Holliwel or some other (combination of) Spice Girll. *yawn* Maybe they'll be creative and give us Curry Spice?

  • @MatxoMan Oh my, this gave me a good laugh, thank you! If we base it on Blue, Spice Girls will probably be in the running :L

  • I LOVE this song from Iceland "Mundu Eftir Mér" to English is mean: Remember me and Spanish es: Recuerdame!! no only is a beautiful song and the Icelandic people are soooo nice people... and extremely attractive too :) with a BIG heat!

    12 points from USA!

  • i love that language ... sounds really mysterious - in a positive way.

  • 12 points!!from Italy!

  • When someone calls me by phone.....sounds this............ I ♥ it

  • 12 Points from Germany! Great Song

  • Oh my god, such a lovely song.. 10 Points from Turkeeeey <3

  • Reykjavík 2013. 12 Points from Germany

  • I exactly know the song i'm gonna vote for in the Final.

  • this song is really good *-*

  • 12 points from Spain.

    simply the best.

  • "WINNER" IS WRITTEN ALL OVER THIS SONG

  • i think this is the best song at this moment

  • This is the song to beat, it's already set the bar very high. I would absolutely love to see Iceland win the ESC one year, and this might just be the song to do it for them; it's dramatic and mysterious, but it also has popular appeal. Victory for Iceland would be a good story too: from Baku to Reykjavik is the greatest distance possible - from one end of the continent to the other.
