They are great plays but I think that the comments are correct. I think that the first one is a foul as the contact is more than incidental as, to make the play, Foster had to go right through the opponent. The 2nd one looks clean. Incidental contact after he made the play. He had to make the plays so all credit to him.
yeah, gotta agree on that one, even if there was contact on the second play, it had no effect on the play for the disc. calling it a foul may have been a bit un-spirited.

Those were both fine, no fouls
The first one, he turns himself so that instead of running the guy into the ground he just end up getting a shoulder to his side
Second one is completely incidental, he had no choice but to do what he did in order to make the D
I'd be pissed at that guy if he called me on these as fouls. I'd also be pretty embarrassed to have to call these as fouls
