Holy crap, I HATE it when people do that. Giving crap to a lady on air? And in that snickering, back-handed, demeaning style? Man, that stuff sets my teeth on edge. All he's basically saying is "I'm a douche, I'm a douche" to the entire local area. And now, to the world. Not cool. I feel so sorry for the lady--making little slip-ups is natural in life--we're human.
