Thank you for uploading this video and song...I love this song...I had the 'cassingle' & I wore it out with both Hourglass and Wedding Bells. I have been looking for this song for a while. May you be blessed.
Hi Tony. I bought all three formats more or less at the same time and my CD version has both Splitting Into Three and this one. Strange how yours doesn't include them especially as they usually add more tracks on later versions rather than reduce them. Hardly surprising that A&M went belly-up if that was their strategy!
@tygre97 It was particularly annoying actually, when I got Babylon and then went through the back catalogue on cassette A&M had deleted the debut album and I couldn't find it anywhere for years and years. It was quite difficult to get the remaining ones too. The cassette of Babylon had it all, I got the CD a few years later when CDs were taking off and I think it is an import from US or something, just the basic tracks. Now they keep on re-issuing anything it seems.
Excellent choice sir! Although this was originally on the Cassette version of Babylon with Splitting into 3 rather than the CD wasn't it? I still treasure the Cassette as it was my introduction to Squeeze and I studied the whole inlay religiously. When I eventually purchased the CD some years later this wasn't on there and I was gutted! I'm so glad you're still uploading these excellent vids! Cheers.
