It isn't an actual vehicle to make it clear, just an image put over the video. Even if it was real, I'd say immediately that it isn't antigravity. Here's why. At 0:18 the vehicle shows that it has two air intake ports usually found on aircraft with a turbine engine, not an antigravity device. Also, the wings seem large for anything that is antigravitationally propelled. A vehicle with that ability would not use wings, as lift would not be required. Plus, antigravity tech doesn't exist....yet..

ALso if its anti grav, why so much dust kicked up in the rear of the "prototype verticel take off" aircraft. Two giant engines provide power to big fans which provide wind "thrust" which is directed thru ducts to either straight down (vert takeoff) or anywhere in between that and straight rearward (horiz fast flying mode). Some of these are also known only as SToL aircraft (short takeoff and langind ; which requires a very short run to get extra lift from wings;helps the power needs).
