Another tip that's useful is that a single shot weapon with a silencer doesn't tear your cloak and energy to nil. If you fire 1 maybe 2 shots you won't uncloak. You will lose a chunk of energy but that's it. Also holding down on the Left Stick for consoles will hold your weapon in place for a steadier shot, this works for most all firearms.

You don't need the newest PC hardware to play current games, crysis 2 is the best example for the lack of graphical improvement in the last 3 years on PC. It will run well and look good on a standard machine (dual core, 2gb RAM, 512mb RAM graphics card).
