back up to A#? jeez what do you normally play in? anything lower than A# will almost need bass strings, haha.

I usually keep it in A# but lately I've had it tuned down to A actually :P So it's regular guitar tuning with a dropped A octave on the 7th string (which is normally a B)

Regarding the strings, you definitely need a much heavier gauge :P I've got some .011-.059's on it right now! :D

Tuning is Drop A#/Bb.

STW uses 7-strings now, so you tune the standard six strings up one half step, then the 7th string down to a A#/Bb.

Otherwise, six string just tune down.

7-String: (A#, F, A#, D#, G, C, F)

6-String: (A#, F, A#, D#, G, C)
