Fair Taxation and a "peace through strength" foreign policy, with a renewed focus on jobs would best benefit the country and therefore, Huckabee would be a good president.
The speaker is correct-- if Huckabee had come in 2nd in So. Carolina's primary, he would have been well-positioned for the crucial FL primary, and the media wouldn't have been able to IGNORE him (or lie about him, like Fox News did.) In fact, Huckabee would have WON So. Carolina, if Fred Thompson hadn't worked so hard to trash-talk him there, just days before Thompson himself dropped out . Thompson took a lot of the social-conservative vote in SC, which would definitely have gone to Huckabee.
