These 2 guys just lost all credibility. Is Steve the Executive Editor or the Executive Janitor? Do they know anything about bikes at all? These 2 bikes cater for 2 different markets. VMax the older more sophisticated power hungry man (or woman) and the B-King a much younger but experienced rider. Both are awesome bikes though.

I have done about 6000km in less than 6 weeks now on my new Max and it still gives me the chills when I go down in the morning driving to work. And I tried the topspeed and the limiter kicks in at 253km/h (GPS not meter speed) and it gives the feel to have a lot more to give, killed a Hayabusa on the way to the topspeed also hehe.

The handling is awesome and I have to lift my feet up to save the soles on my boots so dont know why they say the original tires is not good

Yeah vmax is outrageous I been riding a 535 virago and hopped on my dad's vmax, freaking couldnt resist opening up HALF THROTTLE, vboost kicked in in 4th i couldn't look down by the time i grew a pair I looked down was pulling 110, slowed that shit down and took a breather, vmax feels the same 2 up as 1 up, I'm a tall heavy girl vmax is the best cruiser out there period I love it.

The VMax is all about muscle....It is a much better looking bike....and that big v4 sticking out.....Intimidating.. It may not handle like the B King but oh well..It is more stylish and will kill the B King in the 1/4 mile...not to mention a more comfortable ride

The 2009 Vmax was run by Jay Gleason in Bradenton, Florida 9.5 seconds at 143 MPH in the 1/4 mile. No internal engine mods. He did use a racing slick tire and aftermarket exhaust. However, the Bking is supposed to run sub 10's as well. It handles better and rides farther with better brakes than the max. It's also $4,000 cheaper. If Jay Gleason was on the bking, and YOU were on a vmax, you'd lose. So they are too close to call.
