  • Nice video and that river is so clear...haven't seen clear river like this one for awhile

  • We would love to fish on some of the Great Lakes tribs! Its in the works just not sure when.

  • You guys should come on out to steelhead alley where I live! You would never want to leave! Your river is gorgeous though! If you find yourself in ohio hit me up :p

  • are they hard to reel in?

  • Nice vid guys. Check out my steelhead vids sometime!

  • You call this low and clear? lol It would be ideal for Erie trib steelhead. Low for an Erie trib means very little flow. Little steelhead, even for Lake Erie.

  • Bass fishing is ok BUT steelhead fight much more for there size then a largemouth. Smallmouth fight good for there size, especially in a river. Muskie fight great but they are generally a big fish to begin with. Pike are crazy and fun to catch but don't give a good fight until they're over 26-28 inches. Bass fishing is a MUCH more simple technique and requires MUCH LESS PATIENCE. Liked the fight! Ever notice most bass, even big ones, come in fightless on their sides?

  • nice fish

  • go r&b lures woo hoo

  • I dont remember for sure but it was eaither a pink worm, roe or yarn ball. Thats mostly what we use.

  • what are you using under the float? A fly, a marabou led head jig or eggs or what?

  • 4 lb!

  • what pound test?

  • Nice steelhead man, great video thanks for posting!

  • Fuck bass fishing.

  • steelhead have a reputation of making a good fight is this the case?

  • Its the McKenzie River!

  • is this the Sandy? looks nice.

  • Got my first 2 steelies over the weekend using your floats, they work great.Thx for making a good product and the instructional vids, Im hooked. Can't wait to go fishin again real soon.

  • what size rod and reel were you using

  • @gorillaz2424

We use a 9'6" 4-8 lb fast action float rod with a shimano saros 2500 reel.

  • hey vamp & trevo i didnt mean to hurt your feelings. your boyfriend already responded to my comment. so please do not reply. As your boyfriend already has. thanks. peace out faggots

  • @yeahmothafuckaisedit

I guess this is how you talk when your mom is your cousin! LOL

  • @yeahmothafuckaisedit WOW your a moron.

  • @yeahmothafuckaisedit You obviously have no idea who these guys are. If you did you would know that they would out fish you any day of the week. These guys catch monsters all the time

  • that water is friggin beautiful

  • That was awesome man, I wish we had summer steelhead in southern ontario. Just got a float reel, its awesome, cant wait to get my first steelie on it!

  • i have a question. when you fight the fish like that - do the other fish int he hole get spooked and move some where else? im real new to fishing

  • @jagbuya

We were using very light line so that was part of the reason it took longer than usual to get the fish in. Fish will swim around but with the water being so low and clear they have to stay in the deeper water. Let the hole sit for 10 min then you can get more fish to bite!

  • @steelheadstalkers appreciate the tip! im going to go hit the cascade or skagit this weekend

  • i have a question. when you fight the fish like that - do the other fish int he hole get spooked and move some where else?

  • that water is sooo clear, where was this??

  • i wish the steelhead stayed in the creeks all year here in erie, we can only fish for them when they run.

  • wow could you take any longer bring in that JUMBO trout to the bank . looks like it barely made the 20" mark to me. Hardly call it a steelhead but whatever. Umm maybe you should go crappie fishing instead. lol

  • @yeahmothafuckaisedit

It was 23 inches and it was landed on 4 lb test! Go back to your bass fishing. LOL

  • @steelheadstalkers wow chad LOL. you told that jerk

  • @steelheadstalkers wow.....a whole 23inches huh....amazing :-roll eyes-:

  • @Jahidi2

If you want to see steelhead over 23 inches go to our website where we have over 100 videos of nice chrome bright winter and summer steelhead! ;P

  • @Jahidi2 Anything that size is good eating and hard to come by, unless you know how to catch steelhead. I'd take a 23" steelhead over a stocked 8" lake trout any day!

  • @Jahidi2 go fuck yourself. this is about fun dumbass.. fish are fun to catch.. i bet when you get a 23 inch fish your all upset bc its not 40 inches.... me.. when i hook a fish 12 inches its still to real in... and from august to december i got over 100 steelhead.

  • @Jahidi2 me and my friend caught over 20 fish out of one pool. about 8 or 10 fish were around 26-30 inches

  • @yeahmothafuckaisedit It takes alot more skill to play out a steelhead especially with the 4 lb he is using! Unlike 20lb test on a 2 lb bass horsing it in takes no skills

  • @Flyinsuzuki What he said!

  • @yeahmothafuckaisedit Do you even know waht a stealhead is?

  • nice fish! that makes me want to go swimming!

  • Nice fish guys , :] videos are amazing _pedro

  • nice fish!

  • i wish pittsburgh had nice water like this...

  • That was one heck of a fight!

  • nice clear water wish my river was like that

  • for a little guy he sure put up a fight...

  • That fish gave you so much pleasure for catching it and thats how you drag it on the ground..I hope that was a safe release...you look like you have some ethics. tight line, safe release and leave no foot prints behind...remember that...and..happy chrom'N

  • @goozmooshak what a fag

  • that looks like a nice hole

  • @SJEfilms thats wut i said

  • cool I am dying for my first steelhead

  • lol why woud he say where it is and next morning there are 50 of u elbow to elbow fishing. u wonna find get out there and put some leg work internet wont help u.

  • Who cares where it is......find your own spot!

  • Alright guys, most serious fishermen won't give up the location of a good hole... That's what scouting is for...

  • Looks like the pebble beach at the pressure hole. Am I right?
