  • Awesome work! How did you get the intake to the ports? Did you have to weld tubes to them or something?

  • @SuperKONR

Actually, I used two cooling fins to act as the walls, and drilled the port holes in the middle of them, then sealed it up with small pieces of aluminum held to the fins with JB Weld. I use the original intake manifold, but I put a sheet metal wall in it so the exhaust can't mix with the intake air, and I cut the end open to let the exhaust out.. I drilled holes in the bottom of the intake tube to connect with the manifold formed by the fins, it seems to work pretty well.

  • @ChargerMiles007 Thats cool! I'll have to try it. I'll hopefully be getting some junk engines soon to make stuff with.

  • @SuperKONR

So I take it those engines will be Briggs of course, Right! :)

We won't go into what I think of brand X engines!

  • @ChargerMiles007 Hopefully. My neighbor is trashpicking for me cause I dont have a truck. Haha yeah Brand X meaning rod through block and leg make eyes go X, right? :P

  • @SuperKONR

Yeah, it would certainly do that!!! >:((

  • @ChargerMiles007 brand x whose crankshaft journal broke off of both throws and flew through the crankcase with an entire rod and part of a piston? yeah......bad experiences. lol

  • @highdeserthater

    Are you Serious!

I have Never heard of that happening! I thought it was bad enough when a brand new brand X 8hp generator put the rod out the block after 15 minutes of running! :( The con rod was too loose of fit from the factory!

Plus the clowns at the local shop wouldn't honor the warrenty, saying it was low on oil. B.S., the rod was a shiny silver, you run a rod out of oil, it is ALWAYS burned black or blue due to the heat!

  • Y dont you have a spark plug in both of them i am very amazed on how u are doing these builds

  • @Briggsmaster

The black engine with the gas tank and carb is the SuperCharger, it just pumps the fuel air mixture into the second (blue) engine. This one fires every time, since it is a 2 stroke. I will explian it in a vid I will do soon :)

  • @ChargerMiles007 oh i see very imperssed i think u deserve my username :D

  • @Briggsmaster

Yeah, thats a COOL channel name you have there! :)

I like Dodge Chargers, that why I chose this name, but as you can tell, I do a lot with Briggs also! :)
