It's pretty much like 3-finger 5-string banjo rolls, though I often use more backward sequences than most banjo players. I pick down with the thumb and up with the index and middle finger, usually not in that order, and usually not playing the same right hand finger twice in a row.

The first section right-hand fingering is mostly 1T2 (1=index finger, 2=middle, T=thumb). The first phrase would be 1T21T21T21T1.
The left hand for the first phrase holds 0011 and switches to 0010 for the last four notes.
