I liked this band even though they never went anywhere and never had another hit song. Timbuk 3 put out some good music that no one ever heard. It's too bad they didn't get the exposure that they deserved.
Timbuk 3 gave us a catchy tune during the hair band, punk rock, sun eclipsed
80's. This was not even close to their best song. They prove one thing, though they may have over played their hand, less is always best. Add a good drummer-percussionist and a bassist and this band would have had a lot more than one hit. Life is Hard, put them in a whole different league, from pop-rock to eclectic-roll. Macdonald could of been the Dylan of the 80's-90's. Michael Angelo
