The coffee enema stimulates the liver to go into detox mode and dilates the bile ducts (a vain like structure that moves the liver stones through and into your intestines) Not all the stones that you pass were in the liver, some get made up in the intestines where it kills parasites. Olive oil is an anti fungal, and anti bacterial substance. By doing a coffee enema you will get the liver ready to dump it's toxcins. Drink your olive oil and lemon juice shortly after the enema.
The coffee enema has been used to detox the liver for a long time. Yes there are other options. One of the things the coffee enema does is dilate the bile ducts so stones can pass easier, it also is a safety measure so stones don't get stuck on the way out. Epsom salts and niacin B3 both dilate the bile ducts as well. The coffee enema is not necessary to do to have a successful liver flush but it does help the process for most people. I recommend it. Happy Liver Flushing
One of the things that happens during a liver flush it the release of bile from the gallbladder from drinking the olive oil. The gallbladder stores and concentrates bile. With out a gallbladder there will be little bile. The olive oil and lemon mixture should still cause the liver to squeeze and push out stones. I don't think there are any side effects for people with out a gallbladder. Let us know how it works if you decide to do it.
@LiverFlushMan Hopefully it works. I have skin issues and body aches, I swear I'm passing a stone each day. I hope this clears it up but drinking the oil sounds scary for me. Just a little fat or lettuce will send me in a world of pain. I'm used to the pain but I'm hoping this will improve things and I can focus on other things.
also bitter fruits and vegetables are great for liver :)
great video

@paullees557104 in hopes you will make a video about it. lol
I agree, is there a solution that doesn't involve my butt? I might resort to it if it's life or death sort of thing.
The Seasalt water solution works the same right?

Sea salt is used to stimulate the bowels and flush the intestines out. It is different than a coffee enema.

@LiverFlushMan Thank you. Do you know if there are any side effects doing the liver flush for people who had their gallbladders removed?

Would it be alright to use less oil?

Yes you can use less oil. Try half a cup (4oz) instead of 8 oz. Cheers
