  • And then we cannot figure out why we have heart attacks in India.

  • @abhijitvmehta sandwich includes potato tomato , bell pepper, onion , fresh cheese which has a least amount of fat , three slices of bread with one and a half spoon of butter , thats all , so tell me how could u say that it causes heart attack , it is way better then pizza, paronthas, bhaturas and tikkis

all u need to know first how to calculate calories.

  • tht looks delish! <3

  • this makes me hungry :D

  • I'm gonna try and make this rright now! With MUCH less cheese and butter though.. and probably only one layer...

  • Looks so amazing!

  • everything looks awesome but I HATE the fact that indians dont use gloves, that makes it VERY disgusting and this is the issue #1 for most of tourists.

  • That actually looks really good.

  • I'm loling at everyone who is like EEEEEW THEY SHOULD USE GLOVES. Hey guys? Glove use in food preparation isn't even standard practice required by law in the U.S. It's up to local food boards to decide to mandate glove use, and not all states do. Also, you do not want to know what goes on behind the scenes at your local restaurant. If someone picks a pimple (or worse) with a gloved hand and then handle your food, the glove ain't gonna do SQUAT. It's up to the cook, not the glove to be sanitary.

  • 1. Is this tasty? Of course.

    2. Is it good for you. Probably not but I don't know for sure.

    3. Are there the usual jokers hanging around. Of course, one cook and 4 to 5 guys hanging around doing nothing... standard Indian operating procedure...

    Enjoy...

  • @radbcc #3 is maybe the funniest India comment I've ever read.

  • @LostandFoundTravel I love the jokers hanging around in Indian restaurants, offices, train stations etc. They are everywhere and half the fun is watching them...

  • Great looking sammie but damn, that's alot of onions!

  • i love this sandwich so yummy !!!!!

  • That's a Pannini

  • awful. what is this? prison food?

  • @ixiGODDESSixi only for you.

  • And all this for less than 2 buck$ !!!

    ding ding ding!!!

  • wow that is alot

  • looks like its on fast foward. BUT ITS NOTTTTTT. lol

  • everything is nice...though i still wish they used gloves (disposable) to make these...like they use in Subway Sandwich...

  • i cant eat this sandwich if he make front of me, without gloves and so much chilli

  • @paktahir77: Green BELL pepper/capsicum is not chilli....if that's what you meant. I can understand your squeamishness reg. the hygiene issue, though. I'd prefer they use disposable gloves.

  • @SYLFan2008 i doubt they use gloves in 5-star hotels. Hygiene, yes different standards.

  • @sdawewe: A chef may not use gloves (they HAVE to wear some kind of hair-guard, though), but you have to be kidding me if you think a 5-star kitchen isn't up to cleanliness standards. They'd get fucked six-ways from Sunday with a lawsuit if they served contaminated food.

  • @SYLFan2008 not really, an ex gf was a hotel management major and she told me horror stories.

As one guy said, cleanliness is in the mindset of the staff, not the rules imposed.

And always remember this, it is always going to be a HECK of a lot cleaner if it is made in front of you vs behind closed doors.. including that of a 5 star kitchen or a 10 star cruise ship.

Dont fret, enjoy the food and the video.

  • @TheAmericanDesi:

-There are always exceptions to the rule....like your ex-gf's experience.

-I am a food microbiologist/engineer who works with restaurants in improving safety standards. I've seen my share of kitchens.

-High-class restaurants are indeed much better in terms of handling and hygiene than the rest vis-a-vis hygiene.
