  • That's my dream van there...................

  • Was mine as well until I built her. Get building :)

  • My 1.2 liter Subaru Libero is soooooo much cooler.

  • I alway wanted to do this, put a camper on my Dodge power wagon and go into the back country. Where was this video taken?

  • I am already restoring a 1984 Volkswagen Vanagon GL. Another great old van. Perfect weight distribution, total usable interior space and full independent suspension. Wanted on since I was a kid. Your van looks really cool. Great wheel travel too. Good job.

  • This is how cool vans look. Not anymore. The cool vans are lost to history.

  • Rebuild one...

  • I WANT THIS VAN.HOW MUCH?

  • Sorry - not for sale.

  • @vintagemachines anything is for sale...

  • Not a kit - custom. My van vids have all the details.

  • that is so freaking awesom

  • I love it. I have a 75 tradesman shorty with a 340 wedge, 4x4 conversion, a body kit, and lift kit. they are real head turners.

  • Shorties are great off-road, as high centering is less of a concern. Send a video.

  • that thing is SWEEEEET! i think i saw it on an episode of CHiPs

  • TEAM MOPAR!!! NICE

  • Unique!

  • I recently saved a 76 Sportsman Royal SE factory 440 van, and I'm considering a 4wd conversion for it. Nice van you have there.

  • That would be a great 4x4!

  • @vintagemachines Would you think a shorty would be even better, or not so much? I could possibly get my hands on another van too, though I don't know that I could forsure get another window van, or even forsure another Dodge. I'm kind of a rarity, in that I like the full window vans. Want to move to the NW, so I want to be able to look around at all the beautiful sights.

  • A shorter van would be more agile off road but you give up interior space - It all depends on your needs. I have a 68 dodge window van to build for my son when he is old enough - love the windows - is his play house for now :)

  • @vintagemachines I was even thinking of an older one to convert too. All about that compromise of space for agility though, forsure.

I really dig the window vans, just love that view out.

  • @vintagemachines

i have a dodge wb300 tradesman 4x4 but the front axle is my problem

can you tell me pls what axle you have on the front off the van

greetings rob van der ende from the netherlands

  • i build one for GTA IV lol

    xD

    lot tof work too xD

  • that's a nice dodge van.I love the front ends of the 1975-78 models these were the chick magnets back in the day if you had the interior customized.I have 76 dodge B300 motorhome(winnebago)23 ft I bought for $500 back in early 07 it only has 57,000 miles on the old 360 and it's in good shape. I'm gonna do total tear down of the interior and restore it!

  • awesome looking van. i would love to build one of these

  • A lot of work, but worth it :)

    VM

  • Ok so how is it done? I am a mopar man an only see kits for Ford and GM. The rear would be simple enough I guess but how did you work out the front? I LOVE IT.

  • One of my earlier videos goes into detail, but for short, it was two years of custom work in my driveway:!

  • diesel o gasolina?

  • Gas.
