Obviously the pure will win. The only levels will parity are level 3 and level 136 (or whatever the max combat level is these days) since skills will usually only differ by 1 or 2.

What level, like I mentioned earlier, the pure/main are is irrelevant at it is possible for a pure to have higher mele stats than a main. Using combat level as a metric is quite useless considering one player can have significantly higher mele/ranged/mage than another of the same combat level.

A Main Vs. a Pure is completely evenly matched as the defense cancels out any attack/strength boosts the pure might have. For Example: A Main might have 75 defense, 80 attack, and 80 strength. A Pure might have 1 defense, 80 attack, and 99 strength. The Pure's low defense makes it so the main can hit often, while the main's defense makes it difficult to hit
