i agree with you, he shouldn't got arrested, because he was selfdeffencing himself, and just for the record, i'll never kiss a prostitute, you can get herpies and all kind of other deisease in your month by doing that. She might gave him AIDS, because she bit his tongue, and probably she made him bleed by doing so
