@Myojeff That's actually integral to the history of her character. Power Girl's official backstory changes more often than any other DC character. Only one thing remains constant: her boobs keep getting bigger.

In the early issues, some line artist or editor (I forget who exactly) was bored and wanted to see how long it would take him to get caught if he drew PG's breasts a little larger with each issue. He never got caught, and the bigger PG's breasts got, the more her comics sold.
