The movie is called "O lucky man!". It is a 70's cult movie, and is the second film in a saga following the life of the main character "Mick Travis". If you are planning on viewing it, rent the movie "If..." first. Because that is the first in the series. "Britannia Hosptial" is the last and final movie in the series.

Ahhh this has made my day! Yes, indeed. Malcolm has an excellent scream, I grin every time I watch 'A Clockwork Orange'...and that is quite a lot haha. He also does a great giggle, though I havn't seen any more examples of this. A little help maybe?
