100% NOT Pushups. I am AF and still neither of those would pass in basic or spec op school. AF is the most focused on form. All the way up, all the way down, no bend in the elbows. The big difference in form is MC VS AF Sit-ups. I have a few MC friends n they r practically doing crunches? Its called a SIT UP! But either way both pushups would not fly in the military.
And there is no such thing as speed push ups in the military. If your stong you can do military standard just as fast. Period.
