  • this is sick dude!

  • haha rock on man its fun belting shit out in the car

    \m/

  • well done man, E5 is the top note I can sing and I can't get it that powerful and sustain it that long so very well done :D

  • you rock mate. . no. . . wait. . you ARE rock. The new Bruce Dickenson.

  • kick ass, man....what a fun video!

  • hey i think thats a little dangerous while ur driving

  • Hahahaha....that was AWESOME!

  • take the intro E5 out of your name please because it conflicts with some of our companys copprights. Introcourp & INTROE5 are registered trade marks of FLM Industries

  • good to see some 20 somethings singing 80s metal

  • nice job man

  • wow

  • my friend, so much props to u..i cant hold that note for more than like 5 seconds.. \m/

  • Dude, get a house.

  • yeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah queensryche. i want a car too XD XD XD

  • Holy crap man, i've been actually practicing to get that note for ages, you nailed it, any tips?

  • are you using falsetto

  • woooooooooahAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

    great going!!!

  • LOL!! Dude, that was awesome!!

  • Hm, i like it because i love Queen of the Reich. Greets from Serbia.

  • Hm, i like it because i love Queen of the Reich. Greets from Serbia.

  • dude, seriously...any one talking shit on you is retarded. To pull that off dry (no effects) SITTING in a car...amazing! As far as where your vibrato is coming from, it really doesnt matter. If one was to hear this rather than see, you wouldn't know where it came from anyway.

  • lol almost any vibrato on an E5 will have to be kinda forced-ish. Idk i haven't been doing this long enough XD. i mean it sounded fine. that note just isn't like... natural for anyone really. I like a thicker, rowdier tone if i can get it. like wide open, jaw down low, almost overwhelmed with air support. like Hansi Kursch or Russell Allen.

  • wow

  • haha

  • You >>>>>>>> Jim Gillette

  • @ashflower uh, no

  • that was baddass! keep up the good work man \m/

  • can someone say forced vibrato?

  • Do explain

  • it sounds like your using your diaphragm to create the vibrato rather than letting the vibrato happen naturally...do you take voice?

  • I used to be trained by Jaime Vendera, this video is old though so I may have used improper technique.

  • sounds good overall...the fact that your sitting in a car, not standing prolly has some to do with it

  • @Unflexablegrace You used to be trained by JAIME VENDERA?????? Omg that's not much just like the best VOCAL COACH on the planet earth!!!! I am Jaime's student tooo .... omg omg omg ... love your singing man :)

  • @Unflexablegrace ..a wobble you mean....and who cares if its forced....

  • @whatchamacallitful ...Halford uses a Wobble now..Opera singers Wobble...Used in the correct way..a wobble is fine..I wobble...

  • @halford3256

A "wobble" and vibrato are two completely different things. Opera singers use vibrato....you wobble

  • After the weight loss she could not do this as well and the wobble gradually emerged. High notes take much more breath support than notes from the middle range and the wobble is therefore most common at the top of the range. As the body ages, it is common for breath support to diminish gradually and this causes the wobble in older singers.

  • @whatchamacallitful It is a well known fact that Maria Callas had a tremendously wide "wobble" in the top of her voice from dragging the lower register too high. . Voice type can play a role in the tendency of vocal "wobble". Usually it occurs in larger and more dramatic voices. Basses can especially suffer from this condition because of the "thickness" of the vocal folds.

  • @halford3256 "What is a WOBBLE and how can I solve this PROBLEM in myself and others?" (quoted from the same text you got yours from)...

Thank you for clarifying my point to begin with. If you also have trouble reading. Maybe you will see the words i have in all caps. that should help you understand.

  • @whatchamacallitful ..Im not trying to debate..There are loads of succesful vocalist who do not use "proper technique". You are being critical of someone who is in fact a talented vocalist. To pick apart his technique is just rubbish.

  • @whatchamacallitful God, you elitists.

  • @GoodGuitarSolos

Everyone on youtube is an expert critic and professional musician.

Actually, they're mostly a lot of jealous couch potatoes and this singer did fine.

  • nice one :)

  • NICE!! (hope you werent drivin man... haha)

  • Damn i need to apply so fucking much pressure to hit that note, and it sounds so much more of key still, half the time flipping into mixed voice just making it brutal-singing...

  • Wow...dude, that was fucking intense! God DAMN. I tried that once and well, it wasn't pretty. Great job!

  • fuck dude. That was good

  • AWESOME

  • when crab lice attack.....

    just kidding

  • Jesus fucking Christ.... incredible

  • HOLY BALLS! See i thought i was a good singer till i tried to hit that note, my voice stoped working half way through. Haha youre amazing man!!!

  • I passed this guy on I-29 yesterday morning. Rock Out!

  • Out of this world!

  • Dude you sound awesome

but I really hope you were not driving

    when you closed your eyes!!!

    Rock on!

  • good job

  • Dude keep going, man I would have blown a fuse....your face wasnt even red lol.

  • Hey man if you liked this check out my most recent Queen of the Reich cover!

    Cheers!

  • FUCK ME!!!AWESOME!!!

  • Dude you got some vocals there

  • Amazing man!!!

    :D

  • LOL I could picture this dude screaming his lungs out to Queen Of The Reich not having the slightest clue he's going down a cliff or something! You scream well, but try not to do it while driving!

  • Do you mean Neil Peart? Hes a drummer who doesnt sing LOL

  • Man, this guy sounds just like neal pert

  • are you out of your mind?

  • That's good man. You have a mix there with falzett and full voice. Keep it up.

  • wooooooooooow buddy that wasnt as good as the geoff tate but still pretty damn good and u held it in for a long time 5/5

  • Hahahahah not bad

  • not bad, and E5 isn't all that impressive though.

  • cool

  • FUCKIN A!

  • Great Spirit and Balls for Queensryche = heart and soul !!!

  • Hey Cockstryke, first of all that is full voice, not falsetto. And second of all, shut the hell up. Where's your queen of the reich attempt, huh? You sweaty cooter. That was freakin great and I would high five this SOB because he kicks ass. He hits the right note, holds it for like 15 seconds at the same, even level, and vibratos with great control. I made your mom hit an E5 last night... and it wasn't anywhere near as good as this dude's. Suck it dry, you jealous prick.

  • Comment-ownage of rare quality; well said, my friend.

  • @DarthVaderLovesMen

Wow, serious business much? Jesus Christ

  • You are one one one stupid man!! Sorry btw ... no offence ... This guy is singing in adducted head voice... Falsetto no way !!! It is too resonant! Get yourself a vocal coach!

  • learn how to write a comment in english asshole, you made no sense. Fail at insulting someone douchebag

  • Correction, you're an idiot, and you've proved it twice now, congrats

  • @unflexablegrace - block metalstryke if you haven't already.

He's a jackass commenting on singing videos when he has Timbaland on his channel. I had to block him from my channel.

  • jebemti :)

    bravo

  • Pure quality bro

  • sweeeeeet !!! your great !

  • Ahh fuck yeh!!

  • dude.. your eyes are closed a while:P

Watch where ya drivin! :P :P

  • I think i need a Tums now but otherwise keep it metal!!!!!!!!!

  • nice man!

  • keep doing it brother!! also try singing some Fates warning. You wanna develope your head voice, always practice your scales. Best metal wishes

  • alright, good on the high note (although the notes before it could use a little help)......sit up higher in your damn chair though when you're singing. Your body is an instrument. You know why a $100 trumpet costs $100? Because it's made like shit and the airways aren't as good. Think of your body like that. If there's a dent in the instrument, it's not going to sound as good. So sit up straight. Trust me, or don't. Choice is yours

  • Very good observation, and analogy. Yeah the only time I sing sitting is when I'm in my car and ever since I started getting involved in actual projects I haven't sang in my car at all really. I'm sure my subs are wondering what the hell happened to my car singing, lol.

    Cheers

  • Wow! What an idiot you are! Ofc he is practicing he sounds better now than when he started

  • 07944967759 if your in UK and single call me :D

  • Good job! Fuck all these ignorant fucks who like to talk stupid shit. It is for the love of metal

  • holy shit you did that in full voice didnt you?

  • good job but why do u sing all time in ur car?

  • would look weird if he sang out in public

  • didnt meant in public, but in ur home or something like this

  • He probably lives in an apartment.

  • You have no problems with high notes!

  • Dude that was really funny. I dident know if you were breaking balls or really going to sing it but it was funny and good at the same time! Do metal thrashing mad by Anthrax and Stypers to hell with the devil scream at the end of the song. Keep posting.

  • Hola Amigo, I am learning to sing with your videos, I now have a larger voice,

thanks .. you can sing the intro Highway Star

    Deep purple.?

    Gracias..

  • ahyahyahyahyahyahyahyahyahyahyahyahyahyahyahyahyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

  • five stars

  • MA EARS IS KILLING MEEEEEHHHH!

  • I thought this was an A5, but whatever. The vibrato broke but it was good! keep it up!

  • That was really good. I know i would love to be able to do that. Well Done. Are you in a band?

  • fuck you your gay

  • oh my fucking god.

    that was... wow.

  • Hey dude thats INSANE!!! Great work

  • te estas desangrando gordo cadena

  • insane!!!!!!!!!!

  • you should try to sing the end of "la vitta fugge" of vision divine! jaja

    gretings

  • Hey Flex, I just had to add this. Please, please just remember that while you're behind the wheel your #1 priority is to pay attention to your DRIVING! So please be careful and don't kill yourself or anyone else! Take it from someone who had a bad car accident while singing and driving. Not a pretty sight and the way things turned out, I was really, really lucky.

  • So Raymond what are you saying? That if you have the ability to hold the note longer than the record, you shouldn't? Oh, you're probably one of those purists that thinks everyone should sound exactly like the record, even though everyone's voice is unique and can't possibly sound identical to someone else. And while we're on the subject, all greats were not-so-goods at one point in their lives before they "made it". So let the guy develop and give it a rest. I'm here stickin' up for ya Flex!

  • Thanks man, I appreciate it.

  • and where are YOUR singing videos "Mr. 20 yrs old and doesn't know shit raymondreich"?

  • it is falsetto??? or not, soy de chile y no se escribir bien en inglés,igual ,yo te digo que tienes una tremenda voz

  • singing in the car.. lol works for me.. :)

  • Holy cow... Shit dude, that was impressive. Always think I'm gonna get my ears blown off and I always get what I know it's comming... Seriously, gonna download this to my cel and set my alarm clock to it...

Will hear you in the morning dude... No better way to star a day than with a hammer straight to my skull.

    Darius

  • oh my god .

  • dude....i love that song and it as awesome how u kept that note longer than geoff does...that was really cool dude

  • Do you know what you're classified as vocally? baritone, tenor, etc?

  • I'd say hes a tenor.

  • he says his speaking voice sits around G4 which would make him a natural countertenor.

  • Hahaha! Man, I saw you do the whole song in your previous video. Did growing a beard and more hair somehow make you hold notes longer? Great job!

  • Sounds a little flat to me.

  • The vibrato lies between the E5 and I'd say about a quarter of the way between E flat, although, if you hum the root, you'll hear it's an E, I made sure, :).

  • great job, much better than that one show with "Courtney is not metal" hehe

  • that was awesome, u should be in a band, but i'm afraid that you would have to bring ur car wit u on stage lol
