Why do our tax dollars go to pay for after-the-fact Commissions that nobody pays any attention to. After the 1994 riots a report was presented by a Commission looking into what went wrong and how to avoid it from happening again. NOT ONE of the recommendations were implemented for this event. It's not rocket science, people! BAD decisions by the Mayor, the city and the Police Chief (who should be fired. Not up to the job !)
