  • Hello! I have just subscribed to your site. I am so glad you are saying this information on milk. I have been telling people about the "Dangers" of cows milk with varying results. People at work have accepted it but I see they are still drinking it on the sly. My husband and son have taken it on board and now drink soya. Yippee. My question is tho: what about getting enough cal. for menopausal (?) woman. Any advice?

  • Milk contains fat and cholesterol but did you know it contains the protein CASEIN. Cow's milk is the number one allergic food in this country. It has been well documented as a cause in diarrhea, cramps, bloating, gas, gastrointestinal bleeding, iron-deficiency anemia, skin rashes, atherosclerosis, and acne. It is the primary cause of recurrent ear infections in children. It has also been linked to insulin dependent diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, infertility, and leukemia....

  • yep, well, i came here cuz even thought dring over 40 (literally) glasses of milk a day, i have calcium spots on my beutiful nails!!! i dont get it!!!

  • This account seems to be referring to pasteurised milk. The vegan diet has many good things going for it. But you have allowed your philosophy to cloud your judgement.

    Raw Milk Facts

    1. Contains lactase and lactobacillus so lactose intolerant can drink it.

    2. Contains Phosphotase - Increases calcium absorption

    3. Contains a variety of probiotic fauna

    4. Contains many useful enzymes

    5. Fats consist of good cholesterol

Do some research. Cows eat grass, but bacteria and enzymes digest it.

  • I love watching things about the raw food diet. But I'm concerned about where this knowledge comes from. In other words, where is the evidence to back up these claims. I'm seriously asking because I'd like to learn more.

  • This is great! You really know your stuff and I can really follow it. I am looking forward to this new lifestyle :)

  • I grew up eating and drinking ridiculous amounts of dairy products, because I wanted to grow up big and strong. Instead I ended up with type 1 diabetes by the age of 8.

  • i've been raw vegan-ish for 2 years, but man am i eating organic yogurt & cheese. cause it's hard to eat dark leafy greens all day.

  • We have treated majority cases of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis with great success without surgery and the patient shows high rate improvement within few days after applying PEMF therapy and 1/5th cost of surgery.

  • Is it possible that cows create calcium rich milk on a diet of grass because of their anatomical design? Have any studies been done on human calcium level from an individual who grazes strictly on the same grass as cows? I like your conclusion Im just not sure if this is a valid point. You cant really say humans should eat grass because cows east grass, and then, humans should not drink milk because cows drink milk. Do we model cows or not? Also, any thought on raw milk?

  • Superb Vid, very informative.

  • Best info i've ever seen on calcium intake on a vegan diet. Been doing a LOT of research and this is where it end. Many thanks, friend

  • Great video. Thank you!

  • what ph is your body suppose to be? you say alkaline but how do you know I know we're not carnivores like dogs but they get crystals if they are to alkaline wont that happen to people too?

  • Excellent vid, great info thx for sharing, Love from Morocco

  • Thanks, I needed more calcium and less milk in my diet. Also what liquid am I supposed to have with my cereals.

  • Very good point 4:30 about why there's so much protein in cow's milk. I just thought you should add that baby cows become so big in just 2-3 years, as opposed to us humans who need decades to become adults and only drink milk when we are tiny babies. It's so obvious that cow's milk respond to different needs than human milk.

  • this is sooo interesting

  • Hi love your video, great info.

what;s the name of the juicer, i have been trying to purchase a really good one in Jamaica but no luck.

    thanks

  • Raw milk and cheeses are very healthy. It is milk that is pasterized that is the problem. It lack the needed enzymes for proper digestion etc.... the milk becomes a "dead" food. The Masai tribe, who are extremely healthy, have a diet high in (raw) milk and blood. Be sure to gather all the facts before leading people to wellness :)

  • @ccavancookie did you not listen....raw milk is amazing if your a cow....are you a cow??

  • I was just told that we chould get kidney stones from eatting to many greens. I love my green smootie inthe mornings and do not want to give it up.

I have begun to turn a deep yellow color as well, Shoud i really be concerned about either of these things?

  • thank you for the info you have helped to change many minds about raw food.

  • Sorry, what research you refering to? (7.07) Do you have any scietific backround?

Just seems to me that one minute you dont believe in research(like at the beginnig of the video) and next minute you do.Where do you get your knowledge from? I just dont like this way of presenting your/some people opinion like an absolute true. Milk all bad - No No! I dont believe it. And comparing cow and human?!

  • Jeez, half your video is on cow's milk, video needs to stay focused.

  • question, if milk is off the menu.does that mean the only option left to drink is water or fresh fruit juice?

  • Thanks for setting the record straight on that, I agree 100%.

Exercise, sunshine, fresh veg and fruit - it's like magic.

  • your video critique: extremely informative, very clear, straight to the point. I hope your information is accurate since i don't know myself. over all great job, especially on the milk subject.

  • Sweet I love learning new info. I am a vegan and becoming a raw vegan is my next step It makes me soo excited and i have a wonderful feeling in my heart that is pointing me to the right direction. Thx. : )

I have a Q I ate a lot of homemade salsa, lemons, limes, tomatoes, onions, etc... are those bad for me? R they too high in acidity? what foods should I stay away from or beware of?

  • People that live in the sun have great bones and teeth because the sun is vitamin D.

  • I would turn to grass if I had four stomachs.

  • Yes, greens are the secret to your healthiest life ever!

  • @yelkaim1 I heard that if your digestion is running well with lots of friendly gut bacteria, that you can (or even should) gain about 10% of your energy from indigestible fiber. The bacteria digests it, converting it to a form our bodies can use for energy - is this true? I also heard that greens, especially artichoke greens are the best probiotic, far better than yogurt.

  • @yelkaim1 what about soya milk is that good for you? am thinking i will start having fruits for breafast and some whole meal bread with peanut butter.

  • Would it be valid to say that you would need to offset the acidity you associated with carbs by eating more greens? If so, that's something important that I hadn't realized. Vegan nutrition is fascinating, though.

  • Bravo!

Tu parles Français ?(ton père est Marocain)

Très très bonne vidéo qui explique bien le lien entre les animaux et leur nourriture et la nôtre

    Very good video.

People, let's not forget that countries that have the highest rate of osteoporosis are the ones that consume the most dairy products=Sweden, the USA, etc

  • Mais bien sur que je parle francais.

  • @StoryeTime

This is true. But most dairy in the west is Pasteurised, which diminishes its nutritional value. A critical fact which many people forget is that calcium and magnesium must be taken together for calcium to form bone.

Worse still many people are magnesium deficient. When this becomes chronic our bodies will break down bone to get the magnesium out because it is essential for life.

Grass fed raw dairy is great. Pasteurised and homogenised dairy is poor substitute
