True :P Next on the list is attaching objects to joints (such as the hands) and having the object transformed by the bone matrix. So I'll give it a try with a gun and post the results.
awesome, I've been working on implimenting bones deformation into my engine lately(c++/OGL/GLSL) but can't seem to get the vertex shader to work right... it's a pain..
ah, ty. I think it's probably more of a generic problem. I'm just not great with shaders yet... any suggestions for references that helped you would be nice though^^
