this guy is very right sometimes but this time he has no idea what he is saying very dissapointing from somebody like him
salt does not increase bp and it is very good for you our family have been consuming it in very large amounts although we are vegaterian but besides that we have no health problems and we are all alive even mid 90s no operations and no medication.
thats funny I have not had high blood pressure ever in my life and I eat salt wow there are not a few minersla in the celtic there are a alrge number of minerals in this salt
Amazing how polarized the debate can get over such a simple subject. Really, name-calling because the guy says salt, regardless of its source, can raise blood pressure? The real message here should be moderation - whether natural or refined salt, too much is bad. I like sea salt for the taste and for the additional minerals that are naturally present, but I'm under no illusion that the negative effects of too much NaCl are any less with sea salt.
Celtic sea salt is the best salt for your body period... this quack doesnt know his salts. I think he needs to go back to medical school. Also look at the gimmic ads on his videos here...he wants your money. Dont listen to this quack.
@merculiv Well, getting passed all the baseless, heartless, judgements. Prove that inorganic salt is good for you and disprove that organic salt is a better option.
This guys speaks nonsense! Celtic Sea Salt is THE BEST!!! I've been using it for years and will continue to. This guy probably also believes that you only need 3 bowel movements a week!
@nv4l Is it actually nonsense? Or have you heard of fluoride, chlorine and other poisons....When they are inorganic (basically.. not in compounds) These minerals can kill you. Especially in gaseous form. These minerals are contained in Celtic Sea salt at small amounts. So they won't kill you, but the body will store them in cavities. But when these minerals form "compounds" like the ones plants create... Then they can be beneficial to the body.
Paul Bragg's trek in Death Valley proved and shut the case on humans needing salt. This old man trekked the desert with a handful of young college athletes who all consumed salt products and salt tablets while Paul drank distilled water. They didn't make it half way and got terribly ill and some had to be hospitalized. Paul continued trekking and ended up doing the 30 miles in. THEN the next day, trekked all the way out the 30 miles only consuming distilled water. Amazing proof!
This guy is in idiot and does not know what he is talking about, anyone interested in raw food check out David Wolfe. Brian is a douche bag that doesn't know what he is talking about
@alkapone187 Lol David Wolfe is a dirty salesman. He is calling distilled water a poison. David Wolfe has no credentials to say what he does. Brian Clement is a doctor and scientist. Listen to people like him, peter ragnar, and Dr. Norman Walker.
@sulexas Have you heard much about fluoride, chlorine and other poisons....When they are inorganic (basically.. not in compounds) These minerals can kill you. Rat poison is made our of fluoride. Chlorine gas will kill you instantly. These minerals are contained in Celtic Sea salt at small amounts. So they won't kill you, but the body will store them in cavities. But when these minerals form "compounds" like the ones plants create... Then they can be beneficial to the body.
Our sea salt is quality tested and analyzed with the highest standards. Celtic Sea Salt® is the raw natural form of sea salt, before the refineries harvest the minerals and spit out the table salt. We do not consider table salt and naturally sublimated salt to be equal. ~Thank You
@CelticSeaSaltBrand It's not equal, but obviously organic minerals in their compound form are much better for the body. There is no point to having salt if the minerals were already in the plants to begin with. Our desire for salt is mainly due to the lack of minerals in our soil. If only people knew that the ocean contained all 90 minerals and the function of rivers is to bring those minerals to the land.. But we build dams and halt this process.
There is no debate about the sodium chloride effects; table or Celtic. However lost in this discussion was the part about minerals. The topic should be " Is Celtic sea salt a good source of minerals?" The answer is still no. wheat grass is better.
Absolutely, wheatgrass is the best source of minerals. I used to take celtic salt myself because there is so much misinformation out there. Most doctors know almost nothing about nutrition.
Thank for mentioning Celtic Sea Salt ® in your video, but we will have to politely disagree in your discussion of conventional (chemically processed) table salt VS natural unrefined high-mineral Celtic Sea Salt ® -- in fact, we have over 500 doctors backing our efforts and our salt, just one of whom is successful author, M.D. and holistic health practitioner Dr Brownstein - he even wrote a book about this exact topic called "Salt Your Way To Health"
How is Celtic Sea Salt good if it's made from our nasty assed polluted oceans? Wouldn't you think (common sense) Himalayan Salt which was from our pristine oceans hundreds of thousands of years ago would be a bit more CLEAN?
Is this idiot working for table salt propaghanda? You bet!
