ok...anyone besides me notice how incredibly short his guitar is...lmao...its like 10 ft long...im pretty sure they had longer chords back then..you'd think if you was john fohgerty and playing for thousands of people you could get a chord long enough to reach your mic...oh yeah...and they sound great

yeah, it's called a coil cord. popular in the 60s, it was like a coiled telephone cord, the idea being that your cord would not drag on the floor! you can buy them again if you dig that retro look.

We are two lucky louts to have been born and lived through what might be one of the most phenomenal times - ever - anywhere - yea, 'Nam was tough, some scars, but not the worst for wear. Picked up two hitchhiking young soldiers in the 90s, a CCR tape was playing, they'd never heard them but, liked them so much, I gave them the tape. The least I could do. CCR's timeless.

"Midnight Special" is a train. Supposedly it was a train that ran past Sugarland prison in Texas. The train would run past at midnight and shine its light into the prisoner's cells. At least that's the story. :)
