They are singing in Korean, there is a japanese version though. But I agree, SNSD are way better than any American artist/artist's, American musicians can't sing and they're all auto-tuned. SNSD aren't auto-tuned but they do sometimes lip-sync.

No... just no. This song was written a few years ago if I recall correctly but the thing is they had Ke$ha do a demo of the song, setting a guideline for the song but they didn't like the song for her so they put the license for it up for sale, the song was then by SNSDs lable and they made it their own song with their own lyrics (save run devil run bits.)
