looking at the cluster, its a 1st Gen SV650 (1999 - 2002), and its somewhere in either Europe or Canada (note the Km/H on the speedo...). And 1st gens are carbed. FI wasn't available until the 2nd Gen models in 2003-current.

Im in between a 2004 with 8k on the odometer and a 2002 with 7.5 k on the odometer. The 2002 is 500 cheaper.
I'm getting one of these for sure, now. What year is the bike that has the camera?
