This will build trust between USA ans India. It is good. Skeptics can stay out. India can get fuel from the US and th US can be assured of India's nuclear weapons being safe, and that India is not a loose canon. (Opening our civilian facilities for inspection will reveal a lot of our nuclear weapon capabilities, but it is a deal worth making for BOTH parties.) We have hue energy needs and we need to cooperate with the US to ensure that we can power all our homes, factories etc in the future.
