My second review of the Dell Inspiron 1525 (software) stuff

battery measure doesn't "lie". it cannot posibly predict every move you do on your laptop, so if it's just staying with the screen on then it's 2 hours and 39 minutes, if you use other applications it will go lower faster because of your usage

erm, no, I still have ALL my videos on it, even the ones not on youtube, and it doesn't slow down

oh wait there is one problem, if your using Ulead video studio 11 and you add loads of effects then the program could not respond, so you will have to turn it off, but when you click it again the unsaved file will say do you want to recover last session so I press that

I also have the same laptop. I googled "black viper vista" and used that website to disable services I didn't need. Then I turned off all the startup programs in msconfig. Enable the PC to run at "full performance". I can play counterstrike source and diablo 2 with no problems. You need latest graphics drivers, though.

I really prefer Macs because my aunt have a Mac and I love it BUT they are too expensive for me :D I am from Bulgaria and they are really expensive here.Mac OS X is really nice.The first time I turned on the mac I could not do anything :D But I learned really fast and easy because the OS is really easy to use.But I chose the Dell Inspiron 1525 :) But the vista is nice too :) I was working with Xp and the vista is great :) Between the Vista and Mac OS X I can't choose :) They both are great :)
