Yeah, the police put the numbers at about 60K if I remember right. Fox got caught out putting up photos of OTHER protests to make it look like there was a few hundred thousand, but the figures coming out the police and transport authorities , as well as the helicopter headcount , all put it around the 60K mark.

Thats still a big protest, but its not even in the same league as the old million man march and the iraq war protests of 03

I was there on the lawn of the Capitol. By the time it was all said and done more than 2 million had shown up through the day. It was roughly four times the turnout at woodstock.
