Its called a tent and if you look at 0:47 you can see the grass and i have built a fallout shelter and it took about a day with three people working and that included stocking it. One of the major rules about fallout shelters is that you do not want parishable foods in it and that tent will not protect from radioactivity it might be better to stand outside

You don't have to worry about the bomb itself if you live away from a big town but there not gonna have enough nuclear bombs to bomb the whole country so they will just bomb each of the major cities so everyone else is in turmoil... :) And all you really need is a underground room about 18 feet down and you should be safe from all of the fallout and explosions... Stay in there for about 3 weeks and you should be able to go out but you cant drink the open water
