Dear Esther, I am having some health problems and I am really willing to learn healing them with a proper eating style and yoga. I would highly appreciate if you could give some ideas of yoga for gastritis... I believe it would help a lot. Thank you in anticipation for all your work. Yoga changes lives...
Love this sequence (mostly because I love deep squat, don't know why! I do it with a twist) & incorporate it into my morning practise everyday before brekka.
Good Video! The poses are an excellent way to promote peristalsis. Your yoga, combined with a fiber-rich diet and, when appropriate, digestive enzymes is the best way to ensure a healthy digestive system.
@juheeyoga should be fine, don't hold it too long and important is to always end with a relaxation of at least 6 minutes after asana's if you're nervous system seems a bit weak ! You have to give it time to integrate the work done ..
Hi Ester, thanks for the clarification. The variation my yoga teacher always makes us practice is to sit between the feet, I find it challenging but feels great as I incorporate it in my regular practice. I would love to be able to do Supta Virasana when you lie flat on your back with your bum on the floor and knees together, its a lot harder!
thank you Esther you are a great teacher ,i love doing yoga and i recommend all ppl around me to do yoga and follow your videos and i have encourage 4 friends to start yoga during the 6 months that i have started . i enjoy it alot
This is so great Esther, thank you so much. I also love, love, LOVE your yin yoga sequence. I take about 30 mins every Saturday to stretch out and really relax after a hard week's worth of workouts. Really helps with the stiffness and healing the muscles. Thanks again! :)
Dear Ester, thanks for sharing this sequence. I find that most yoga teachers prefer virasana instead of thunderbolt pose. I wondered what was your opinion on this?
@champakpopat Hey, virasana is sometimes called thunderbolt pose . In this video I gave the variation sitting on your heels because not many people are able to sit between the feet. But it is the same pose, maybe a different variation than you know ?
