Man I swear ppl rag on this car so much but Its got to be my favorite car, I recently had one and flipped it :( I was havin some fun racing my friend and some shit went wrong...tire actually popped; Man i loved mine lol bought her for $300! 4cyl, with headers and Exhaust, cold air too. I was actually pushin as much HP as the GT...I was at a stop light in town and this dude bitched and while hes walkin behind I rev to 7k and backfired on his leg and he fuckin dropped!! lol I miss it bad

hey stupid, actually it is the 2.5L if you cant tell that by the sound your a noob. also the redline depends on the computer, not the motor you can run the KLZE with an american computer, I do

This IS a GT. In 93 and 94 the GT Probe's had the license plate between the taillights. 95+ had the "GT center reflector"

My 1994 ford probe gt has a problem, when i start it up its fine , but if i rev it to 2000 rpm ,it is like if you took out the ignition key ,THE ENGINE CUTS OFF ! the fuel cut off switch comes on and you wait about 10 minutes and it does the same, any ideas?

Probably the ignitor in the distributor. They are notorious for failing, and that sounds typical.

lol. First off, the tag location depends on the year, second off, the engine compartment isn't any different size wise, that would be (1) stupid and (2) a waste of money for the manufacturer, and third, a KLDE and KLZE are identical in size and will fit in the engine bay of all Probes/MX6 and into nearly any FWD vehicle with some modification. Both have a technical redline of 7k, even though they will go to 7.5k stock. I'd like to see an FS motor try to pull 7.5k, I'd expect a spun rod, lol.

hahahah you are a total jackass ddrpimp. hahah you sound like you would play fucking ddr its a fucking probe gt. a i4 se does not sound anything like this witch is a probe 2.5 v6 dohc 24v and the klze has the same motor except klze has a 11:1 compression with more aggreive cams and pistons and the klde ha 10:1 compression. keep playing ddr before you start talking. need to learn some lessons hahaha rice boy

-SE's can have KLZE's swapped in.
