Interesting note. Skyrims Sheogorath has the blind eyes offered by that game. He is also the Champion of Cyrodil, the hero from oblivion. SO!!!! it appears that the previous Sheogorath, made good on his numerous threats of PLUCKING OUT YOUR EYES!
