@venusrevolution These are scent samples for Scentsy Wax. You use the wax in a low watt warmer to melt the wax and then your house smells amazing! you can see some of them in my other videos or just go to beautynscents. net Thank you so much for asking!!! and thank you for watching! xoxox EdieAnne
I've never had to use any spray in my molds. I've made them like this for 3 years and never had a problem having them pop out of the molds. I now have finally invested in the Wilton chocolate melter instead of using the microwave. Best thing I've ever done!
@ScentSlinger I don't have to spray my silicone molds either, but the ones I had to use in this video were kind of cheep and every time I tried it without the spray they would break... :( So that trick worked for me. Thank you for your comment as well.
I don't mean to offend so please don't take this the wrong way. But it seemed very labour intensive the way that you made these samples. There are easier ways to make them that are much simpler and faster. Just so you know. P.S I also sell Scentsy so I make them all the time and it takes about 3 minutes from start to finish.
@jbjsgirl71 There are many ways to make samples... Cutting with a crinkle cutter is very quick and easy as well. i enjoy the whole crafting part of this process which is why it seems long and it also was different for me to do this type of video. Thank you for your comment.
@kekokua808 No it doesn't, however the first time I did samples I used the butter PAM lol and yes it altered the smell..... hehehe but if you use regular non-stick cooking spray it will not change the scent
i'm having difficulties washing my measuring cup after. i tried microwaving.... i even boiled hot water and poured it in and scrubbed with a bottle brush. any tips for easier cleanup?? my measuring cup is plastic.... maybe that's why.
@mizzzgiz Hey hun, ya unfortunately you can't use plastic, the stain will NOT come out! Try Oxi-Clean but still I don't think it will work well. I am sorry about that. :(
@angnstv11 That is a VERY good question. I would have to say Yes that you start the scent process, but remember this process is for sampling only, not actually to warm in your warmer. However you can do that, but the little samples won't last as long anyway. It helps to let people get an idea of what each scent is like or to add to the presentation of your business card. I hope that answered your question. Thank you so much for asking!
@Sassymarkrep I am always looking for a bargin.... but the ones at walmart work perfect they just don't have the Scentsy logo on them..... This is a fun part of my job with Scentsy... making samples!!! xoxo
Finally....somebody making samples the SMART way! Way to go! I've been going crazy watching these other videos on here.

At 7:52 do you have the name of the scent sample written down on the business card?
DeeAmberAndrade 5 months ago
@DeeAmberAndrade No I do not. I always use the same ones, therefore when someone calls me I can tell them which one it is.

Does spraying the mold sheet alter the Scentsy fragrance, I would think so?

Awesome! I like that you mentioned the bags from Walmart as well. I'm sure they are more budget friendly.
