What a trip! That's got to be the most bizarre wash action I've ever seen. What kind of action is the agititator doing. It's just rotating, or what? How is it shaped?
after doing a few loads do have to tighten up a few nuts n' bolt on that machine ? it washes good n ' all it's rare machine keep it good keep the vid's comin'
if i was whirlpool i would redesign the cabrio with this same action and make the wash plate taller more space + this action = low water wash system to rival a front-loader what u think ?
@mgrella63 because of government regulations. They use too much water and energy. They're actually phasing these conventional top loaders that we love so much out by the year 2012
@BlogShag this is why we need to try and keep the old ones going as much as possible. I don't think I'll ever buy anything new anymore. Even new cars don't do anything for me.
Amazing action - Kelvinator meets Philco meets Calypso. I agree that, despite its vigor, it's probably very kind to fabrics. Add that to my wish list! :)
Looks like if clothes don't come clean with this washer, they don't come clean, period. That's the most aggressive wash action I've ever seen on a washer.
It isn't a matter of what it looks like - the guy that owns this is very satisfied with it. AS far as washaction is concerned, it is high speed vibration - very gentle on clothes actually.
Great! Thank you for sharing.

That's one splashy washer! I really love washers that kick right into spin like the Unimatic, the early Speed Queens, and this one! Non-stop action!
