Go to the Citizens advice bureau....and get n touch with your local MP....this is awful.

I already seek advice at the Citizen advice bureau, but the solicitors was so rude, his always in his mobile phone answering some calls while I was waiting for him finished his conversation. His mobile never stop ringing. He just flick and flick my papers, and never get an advice. I came out in Citizen advise bureau very upset.

I cannot get a solicitors caused I'm not on Income Support. I applied and re-applied, I had been refused and ignored.

@girlznguitarz Thank you for your help. I cannot go straight away to European Court, unless I passed all the courts here in England. My big problem, Im not very good to prepare my presentation of documents. nobody help me caused I have no money. I am in this position hardship caused by bullying at work then I was forced to resign. I needed a solicitor or anybody could to lodge my papers or present them properly in European Union. I kept praying God would not foresaken me.

@girlznguitarz Whereas "Sharon Shoesmith" of Haringey Council who bungled baby P- won' her consecutive appeal, but me not allowed to appeal the biased, fix, prejudice, unjust decision. I was the victim and could not get justice. All my facts, proof , written evidence had been ignored.

you have the nhs which cares for the general public whilst they are sick and dying, yet have no care for their staff who are sick. sickness is a natural human reaction to pathogens and bacteria of which there are lots in the hospital so no wonder staff get sick. yet the sickness policy is there to monitor staff sickness and then discipline them for been off sick of which you cannot control. If you are off sick more times than they find acceptable you are sacked.

I suffered enough and so many bulliesin my workplace. I still struggle of everything, ruined my life, ruined my livelihood, cannot provide my child so I lost him.

Anyway - what goes round comes round. I pray and trust to God, what they did to me.

in all the time that i have worked in James Cook put up with the bullying the excessive monitoring of my sickness and the negativity i have come to the realisation that you cant beat management. the sickness policy is used as a bully tactic and the disciplinary procedure is as my manageress stated 'has no room for compassion but is cold and clinical. Thank god the nhs treat patients slightly better than their staff or else we would all be discharging ourselves willingly.

Sadly not unusual. HR are incompetent and hopeless. This is an indication of wrong doing and tantamount to an admission of guilt.

The reason you are subject to the abuse is not your fault. Probably you are competent, popular, creative or simply from a minority group.

@COCAINEISKEY - thank you for your comment. You are definitely right. I was a hard worker, popular to all staff and NVQ trainees, I respect all people from any background-black, yellow, white, asian, disable, old, young, everybody. Hope someday I have justice. God bless.
