  • Baby Station.

  • this is a language btw, they wana take over ze world!!!!

  • Sounds like UVB-76, could be another station thought. During the Cold War both NATO and the Warsaw Pact had all kinds of secret electronics. Over Horizon Radar, Jammers, Number Stations, Letter Stations, ect...

  • THAT HEAVY IS A SPY!

  • Amazing what you can pick up on even a basic radio. Well done!.

  • klasna garago perfect!

  • oh man this is creepy as hell

  • :Insert COD Black Cops Joke about numbers:

  • @MosinNugget THE NUMBERS MASON!...sorry,i had to :P

  • what about 396 395 704?

  • at last I have the codes lol

  • We used to listen to the short wave station fifty years ago. We heard so many strange noises besides numbers. We would also pick up morse code, static which jammed western radio stations, warbling sounds, music, sci-fi noises in the background, radio broadcasts...

I could speak Russian, but the last five numbers were hard to make out. I'll try again.

  • *must destroy capitalism* *raarrarara*

  • OH GOD THE FUCKING NUMBERS!!! OOOOOOOH THE PAAAAAAAYYYN!!!

  • 41041 71231 34247 25115 06133 36335 45477 37623 65517 27267 57702

  • @mpyuri

YOU IMBECILE....Sergei and the agency will NOT be pleased. Yuri you fool!

  • @mpyuri The last five numbers were difficult to hear. I could only hear the last four digits which were *7702. (I couldn't hear "piats" but I'll take your word for it. I'll try again).

  • i don't understand what r they doing?

  • Last two groups: 27246 .7702 (missing digit is either 9 or 2)

  • SPAH SAPPIN MAH SENTRY!

  • @gullf1sk DAMN SPAH's!

  • if the numbers are correct, it might be octal numbering system they use to decode the message

  • That channel's a spy! >=o (tf2 refference, lol) but really...... these are scary...... but it's interesting what patterns you can catch in them.

  • Now, you can rate me bad, but for some reason I heard; "No one conceited as you"

  • 41041 71231 34247 25115 06133 36335 45477 37623 65517 27247 79902

Now the easiest thing: deciphering it >:)

  • @Le0n1d1024

    Impossible. OTP.

  • @Le0n1d1024

    Impossible. OTP (One-Time-Pad)

  • @BiATom411 I know>:)

  • @BiATom411 - potentially feasible, given known inputs (like what otp type is in use) & multi-GPU cluster of sufficient size, tho must take place in realtime to be able to use if tis for entry. but they'd notice if the connection in got stalled, then it'd probably change on the retry. then you'd be remote-viewed anyway, and then terminated.

  • Roughly translated - Moscow - nice place, shame aboot the beer.

  • OH GOD SPYS!

  • good find with the male voice on russian numbers its not on much

  • BINGO !

  • — Kakie budut washi dokozatlstva?

  • КОКАИНУМ!

  • @LepeshkaGoveshka И хероин!

  • @LepeshkaGoveshka

    Воистину!

  • 4 8 15 16 23 42

  • Lost ?

  • While i was on winter break in Germany... I heard this realtime on my Sangean A404 Was very crystal clear.

  • Nice shack

  • They're coming for you now man. Oh shi

  • hehe. I'm not well hidden but I will carry on redistributing numbers... At least until I get a notice from a 'blue beaked canary'.

  • Heh, I tried listening to it, but it kept trying to program me to kill the Malasyan prime-minister

  • 41041 71231 34247 25115 06133 36335 45477 37623 65517 2726? ???02

    That's what I heard, anyway.

  • Yes, I learned Russian numbers 0-9 specially for this :-) Do you find it odd there are no 8's or 9's?

  • Yeah, you're right, it's just 0-7...weird.

  • It's probably in Octal, then, to be decrypted with a computer. You know computers operate in binary (zero and one)? If you put three "bits" together, you get eight possible combinations - 0-7. Using octal would therefore make it easier for a computer to decode the message.

  • @LCduT 8 and 9 is forbidden numbers in russia. by putin of course

  • Comment removed

  • @LCduT well if it's some sort of weird octal system instead of the regular decimal I'd say there is nothing to worry about :)

  • @LCduT It's really sophisticated. They use base 7.

  • @LCduT It could be binary converted into base 8. 0-7 will encode 3 bits exactly, and it is then easy to convert from binary to octal and back.

  • @LCduT maybe because семь/"syem"(7) and восемь/"vosyem("8) are hard to distinguish over a scratchy recording. also, дебять"dyevyat"(9) and десять"dyesyat" (10) can also be confused

  • last digits are 27247 99902 or 27247 ?9902

  • i think it's 27247 79902

  • @ivangoe2 ( last 5 numbers ) 57702 ( i think )

  • @Vertigo688 UPDATE:

    41041 71231 34247 25115 06133 36335 45477 37623 65517 27247 57702

  • This is a station in the Russian Armed Forces Command.. Similar to the US's EAM's for Nuclear Autorization and attack autorization

  • Yes, also known as a "beacon" station

  • The way the speaker pronounces "null" sounds quite german to me. any other opinions?

  • Some other guy was trying to convince me another Russian station I recorded was Polish (with different numbers from the Russian). If it's confusing for us I'd love to hear about a spy getting confused.

  • Nice Find (particularly for such a inexpensive radio...if I could only get my $20.00 USD Shortwave to pick up the Numbers Stations!)

  • These are numberblocks for one-time-pad crypt messages. It says "All agents use radiant material to destroy enemies of motherland russia". Not that we didn't know that already :)

  • Good find.

  • nice catch! ;)

  • haha! no usb/lsb at all. Just spin the tuning wheel and hope for the best. I actually brought a second analogue to help simulate ssb. But now I have a Degen De1103 which is my main 'listening post'.

  • Nice video! you had a pretty strong signal! what is the radio? does it have usb/lsb? for 3 quid you cant go wrong!

  • We hear lots of Spanish Numbers stations over here in the states.

  • That's 'Attencion' probabably... it is very strong...

  • True, What we'll hear actually from Cuba will have such poor sound quality we can tell it's old and/or reused tape (WOW and flutter.) It's even been heard rewinding and repeating! What comes from Warrenton VA or Patrick AFB in FL, still in Spanish, is a little more professional.

  • Good find! I picked up the Lincoln Shire Poacher once (sorry if the spelling is wrong) here in Australia on a cheap Realistic radio with an improvised antenna. The Cold War might be over, but these things are still pumping out numbers.

  • The allegedly Russian stations (e.g. E6, S6, XPA, X6) are blooming powerful. If you catch one in Europe you will get almost 100% copy even without an extension antenna.

  • thats pretyy damn impressive!

  • Woooo yeah $6 radio FTW!
