This was the beginning of a good era in music - around 1999/2000. Really unique style for its time - lots of copycats after - I had the album, but lost it :(

I'd say it's what true emo (if any style were true) was meant to be. But then the powers that be got ahold of it and like everything else turned it into top 40 selling fluff, making the original more punk than they were because of how foretelling they really are. But the bands end up leaving in the process so it's all for naught...
