Don't be stupid, of course it wasn't composed for the commercial. And the sheet music is free. Search IMSLP for the concerto, it's movement 2. Done.

I am the one who actually performed and composed the piano piece in the commercial and although it is reminiscent of both Piano Concerto 21 by Mozart and Sense and Sensibility, it is an original composition... This has to be one of the best commercials for creativeness in 2011- the details, swatches of all sizes being used to create every effect, the completeness- WOW! Kudos to the ad agency who created it- excellent job!

It is the same song that is in Pride and Prejudice. It's not Dawn, It's called "Mrs. Darcy". I don't hear the Mozart piece in this, it just doesn't sound the same to me. Look up Pride and Prejudice Mrs Darcy and you will hear the same song.

Okay I am musically challenged but the first time I heard this I immediately thought of Dawn by Dario Marianelli (from the Pride and Prejudice soundtrack). I think it's interesting that the commercial is titled Daybreak.... another word for dawn.Does anyone else see the similarity?

I figured out how to play it on the piano :D. It's so easy! You should try. It's not the mozart piece by the way....it's an original composition by Andrew Feltenstein of Beacon Street studios. And there is no sheet music online :(

But it's so easy to figure out on the piano! A surprisingly simple, yet breathtakingly beautiful ........masterpiece.

@SooperMablo Yes it does seem relatively simple, but the notation would be nice to have for those of us who sightread. I tried to look this up elsewhere and people said it was a Mozart Concerto Andante 12 or 21. I got the sheet music out and looked through it myself and saw nothing similar to this. Really makes me wonder if their ears are that bad they can't hear it is different. lol
