  • The commercial is not intended to be funny at all.

    It is illustrating a point. When we see genitalia we should see all of it not just a part of it. If we only see apart of it, like these people are observing the statue looking in wonder, and saying something has to be wrong in not being able to see the penis with the testicles. In other words there is nothing with wrong with seeing all of the genitals on whatever being human animal or a non human animal, in fact preferable if we did.
