"i'm not sick of you yet, is that as good as it gets i'll just hide it, or i could slip into you it's so easy to come back into you." that, for me explains exactly how i felt back then. i know what tge song means in others eyes, but this is what it means to me. plus, i'm not proud of anything i did or have done, but i'm proud of the fact i got through that stage and i'm living to fight another day. it's my choice if i write this on youtube or not.

They sounded ABSOLUTELY amazing. They sound better live than they do on CD, because they add in small things that make it fun. They don't fuck with their songs to make them sound good, this is pure Marianas Trench you're hearing.

My bf who was a struggling heroin addict sent me this song in a link a year ago. When I heard it I thougt it was his way of saying he was sorry for relapsing again. The next morning his brother called and said Darry had died from an OD. Today was the first time I could sit thought the whole song and not burst into tears. He then took the letter and turned it into this song. This song live is so beautiful, and he often tears up while performing it.

@missaniieee They don't always perform it because Josh finds it very difficult to sing. Someone once asked him on Twitter if it ever gets to him emotionally when performing it, and his answer was "every time."

I'm so glad Josh chose Music over heroin <3 He's such an insperation on me, not just because of his voice, but quitting his addiction took a lot of hard work and it makes me happy that he could do it, :) wish they would preform in Cleveland, but they make me proud to be from Vancouver <3

But I desperately hope that one day MT fans will begin to understand, that if fame is all it takes to corrupt you then you weren't that great of a person to begin with, and that they might begin to have a little faith in the band and their ability to stay true to who they are. @DontBeIrrelevant well it's kind of a given bonus that Mariana's Trench has a chance at getting bigger than FOB, since FOB split (contrary to other believers) however there's more band's that stills tick around and are big. I'm saying if you say this you might upset many FOB fans, which can get ugly. You know how sensitive people get on youtube
