  • N. 1 in garage bands of the 80's. The lp is a masterpiece

  • I bet a year and a half earlier, the lead singer was in an Allman Brothers cover band...

  • @raybrandes What years was the group actively playing live shows? Where? Thx.

  • @hkyoutoob The Tell Tale Hearts played on the San Diego Scene in 1984-85. I was friends with Dave Klowden, their drummer.

  • @wannabepilotify That's quite interesting! I lived in No.County from '71-85, and never heard of them.

About the music, if you hadn't told me the year, I would place it 20 years earlier, sounds like it could be '64-65.

  • @hkyoutoob I....... ....Think not.

  • I was always bummed that you guys didn't make it to the East Coast. Heck, I'd *still* pay a pretty penny for a ticket to see you guys play here.

  • The bass guitar towards the end of the lead guitar solo is sick!

I can't wait for their CD I ordered from Bomp to arrive.

  • Oh, I loved you guys! Still do. Thanks for posting this, Ray! I never missed a show in L.A. -- those were the good ol' days!
